At Gauri Pearls, we take pride in creating and delivering quality jewellery. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preferences
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to handmade craftsmanship and photography lighting

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• A replacement product is unavailable.
• An order is cancelled by Gori due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
